Cancellation and Refund

We aim to be clear and fair about cancellations before any workshop, cohort, or consulting engagement begins.

If Management Innovations cancels a program, the amount paid for that program will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
Fees paid by clients or participants are non-refundable and non-transferable in all other cases unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
Requests to reschedule, substitute participants, or transfer seats may be considered at our discretion when communicated in advance.
Customized consulting and in-house programs follow the commercial terms defined in the approved proposal, invoice, or engagement document.

Program Delivery Terms

Program design and delivery may be refined to suit the context of the client, the cohort, and the intended learning outcomes.

Workshops, seminars, coaching, and consulting services may be delivered online, in person, or in a hybrid format as agreed.
Dates, faculty, venue, and session sequence may change when required, with reasonable notice to participants or clients.
Programs may be delivered by Manoj Onkar and/or Management Innovations faculty, coaches, or partner experts, depending on the engagement design.
